Redwood Trinidad CoastRedwood Coast Energy Watch provides PG&E's local government, residential and business-owner customers in Humboldt County with resources to reduce their energy usage.

PROGRAMS
Public Agency Energy-Efficiency Retrofits
Offers local public agencies technical and financial assistance in identifying energy-efficiency projects and seeing them through to completion with tracking, facility auditing, aggregated procurement, project management, customized incentives and financing assistance.
Single-Family Residential Direct Install Program
Energy-efficiency experts will canvass designated neighborhoods in Humboldt County to identify single-family homes that qualify for the installation of a variety of free ENERGY STAR® measures such as energy-efficient lighting. Residents may also receive a free energy analysis to help identify how they are using their energy and ways to save.
Small Business Direct Install Program
Energy-efficiency experts will contact local small businesses and offer to perform a free energy audit that helps the business owner identify energy-saving opportunities and provides information regarding energy-efficient equipment. Qualifying customers may receive direct installation of selected energy-efficient measures, such as lighting, LED exit signs, occupancy sensors, refrigeration door gaskets, strip curtains and more free of charge.
Codes and Standards
Redwood Coast Energy Watch works with local officials to enhance local energy codes and standards that address specific needs in partner communities.
Redwood Coast Energy Resource Center (RCERC)
The Resource Center houses all information, education and technical assistance activities for the Redwood Coast Energy Watch partnership, including a tool lending library and energy-efficiency workshops.

California consumers are not obligated to purchase any full fee service or other service not funded by this program. This program is funded by California utility ratepayers under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). Funding is limited. Rebates and services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis until December 31, 2008 or until program funds are depleted, whichever comes first.
