ABAG Energy Watch, managed by the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) is a joint program with PG&E to provide local governments in the San Francisco Bay Area with sustained technical assistance to help them achieve the benefits of improved energy efficiency in their own municipal buildings, as well as provide policy assistance to benefit the larger communities.
ABAG Energy Watch is open to local governments in the following counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano and Sonoma.
